Refund & Cancellation Policy

At triptravious.com, operated by Trip Travious, we act as an independent travel assistance service that may connect users with third-party airlines, travel suppliers, or booking platforms.

Refunds, cancellations, and changes are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline, travel supplier, or third-party booking provider.

Trip Travious does not operate airlines, issue airline tickets, or control airline refund policies.


2. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Most airline tickets are non-refundable after purchase, depending on airline fare rules.
     
  • Some tickets may be eligible for partial refunds, travel credits, or date changes, depending on the airline or booking provider.
     
  • Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible and are subject to third-party provider approval.
     

Trip Travious may assist in forwarding cancellation requests to the relevant travel provider but cannot guarantee cancellation approval.


3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed by the airline or booking provider according to their policies and timelines.
     
  • Refund timelines may vary but typically range between 7 – 21 business days after confirmation from the airline or provider.
     
  • Any service or assistance fees charged by Trip Travious may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
     
  • Refunds, if applicable, are usually issued to the original payment method used during booking by the third-party provider.
     

4. Cancellation or Changes by Airline or Travel Supplier

If an airline or travel provider cancels, delays, or reschedules a flight:

  • The airline or booking provider is responsible for rebooking, credits, or refunds.
     
  • Trip Travious may assist in coordinating communication but does not control final decisions.
     

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to check in or board your scheduled flight (commonly known as a “no-show”) may result in:

  • Loss of ticket value
     
  • Cancellation of return or connecting flights
     

These policies are determined by the airline or booking provider.


6. Third-Party Responsibility Disclaimer

All bookings, payments, confirmations, cancellations, and refunds are handled by third-party travel providers.

Trip Travious is not responsible for:

  • Airline policy decisions
     
  • Refund approval or denial
     
  • Airline schedule changes
     
  • Third-party booking errors
